How Contact Management Works
Julia's contact system works in two ways: she learns about people automatically from your conversations, and you can explicitly tell her about your contacts. Over time, she builds a rich understanding of your network.
Automatic Learning
When you schedule meetings or send emails, Julia automatically adds attendees and recipients to your contacts. She picks up names, emails, and context from your conversations.
Explicit Entries
You can also tell Julia about people directly: "John Smith is my accountant at ABC Firm". She'll create a contact with all the details you provide.
Adding Contacts
Tell Julia about the people in your life. Include as much or as little detail as you'd like — you can always add more later.

Context-Aware Suggestions
Julia tries to infer which contact you mean based on context. If you're discussing work, she'll prioritize work contacts. If you recently mentioned someone, she'll assume you mean that person. This reduces the need for clarification in most cases.
