Calendar Management
Julia integrates with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCloud Calendar, and ICS subscription feeds to give you complete control over your schedule through natural conversation. View upcoming events, check your availability across all providers, and create meetings — all without leaving your chat.

Apple iCloud — How to Connect
Apple iCloud uses the CalDAV protocol instead of OAuth. To connect, you'll need to generate an app-specific password from your Apple ID settings (appleid.apple.com). This keeps your main Apple ID password secure while giving Julia access to your calendars only.
ICS Subscriptions — What They Are
ICS feeds are read-only calendar URLs used by many services — sports schedules, holiday calendars, school timetables, Airbnb bookings, and shared calendars from other tools. Just paste the ICS URL and Julia will include those events when checking your schedule.
Viewing Your Schedule
Ask Julia about your schedule using natural language. She understands relative dates like "tomorrow", "next week", and "this Friday", as well as specific dates.

Am I free at 3pm on Friday?
I checked both your calendars. Unfortunately, you have a conflict: 📅 **Weekly Review** (2:30 PM - 4:00 PM) on your Work calendar You'd be free at 4:00 PM onwards. Would you like me to suggest an alternative time, or should I check another day?

Cross-Provider Availability
Julia checks all your connected calendars simultaneously — Google, Outlook, Apple iCloud, and ICS subscriptions — when determining availability. This means your Airbnb bookings, sports schedule, and work calendar are all considered together. No more double-booking across providers.
Multiple Accounts
You can connect multiple accounts from the same provider — for example, a work Google Calendar and a personal Google Calendar. Julia aggregates events from all accounts when listing your schedule or checking availability.

Add a yoga class Wednesday at 6pm to my personal calendar
Done! I've added to your personal Google calendar: 📅 **Yoga Class** 📆 Wednesday at 6:00 PM ⏱️ Duration: 1 hour 📍 Calendar: Personal (Google) Your work calendar is clear at that time too.
Default Calendar
You can set a default calendar in your account dashboard. When you don't specify which calendar to use, Julia creates events on your default. She'll also use context clues — work meetings go on your work calendar, personal events on your personal one. If she's unsure, she'll ask.
Creating Events
Schedule meetings and events by describing what you need. Julia will create the event, set the right duration, and even send invites to attendees if you provide their emails or if she knows them from your contacts.

Tips for Better Results
Be specific with times
Instead of 'schedule a meeting tomorrow', try 'schedule a meeting tomorrow at 2pm for 1 hour'. This reduces back-and-forth.
Use natural date references
Julia understands 'next Tuesday', 'this Friday', 'in 3 days', and 'the 25th'. Use whatever feels natural.
Mention attendees by name
If Julia knows your contacts, just say 'meeting with Sarah'. She'll find Sarah's email automatically.
Specify calendar for clarity
If you have multiple calendars, mention which one: 'add to my work calendar' or 'put this on personal'.
