Welcome to Julia AI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our AI assistant service (“Service”). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using Julia AI, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 16 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy
- Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Julia AI is an AI-powered executive assistant accessible via WhatsApp and Telegram. The Service provides:
- Calendar Management: View, create, and manage calendar events through Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook integration
- Email Management: Read, draft, and send emails through Gmail or Microsoft Outlook integration
- Task Management: Create, track, and complete to-do items
- Contact Management: Store and retrieve contact information
- Memory System: Remember your preferences, important information, and conversation context
- Web Search: Search the internet to answer your questions
Features may vary based on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account by connecting through WhatsApp or Telegram. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your messaging platform accounts and connected email/calendar accounts. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
3.3 Account Sharing
Your Julia account is personal and may not be shared with others. Each user must have their own account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Send spam, phishing messages, or malicious content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond normal usage
- Circumvent usage limits or quotas associated with your subscription plan
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Subscription Plans
Julia AI offers multiple subscription tiers with different features and usage limits. Current plans include Free, Pro, and Executive tiers. Plan details and pricing are available on our website.
5.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You agree to Stripe's terms of service.
5.3 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.
5.5 Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
5.6 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Third-Party Integrations
6.1 OAuth Connections
When you connect third-party services (Google, Microsoft), you grant Julia permission to access your data on those platforms within the scopes you approve. You can revoke access at any time.
6.2 Messaging Platforms
Your use of WhatsApp and Telegram is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of these platforms.

You acknowledge that use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies:

7. AI Limitations and Disclaimers
Important Notice
Julia AI uses large language models (LLMs) to process your requests. While we strive for accuracy, AI systems have inherent limitations.
7.1 Accuracy
AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You should verify important information independently, especially for legal, medical, financial, or other critical decisions.
7.2 Not Professional Advice
Julia AI does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. The Service is for general assistance purposes only. Consult qualified professionals for specialized advice.
7.3 Autonomous Actions
When you authorize Julia to perform actions (send emails, create calendar events), you remain responsible for those actions. Review important communications before Julia sends them on your behalf.
7.4 Service Availability
AI services may experience downtime, rate limits, or degraded performance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Rights
Julia AI, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.
8.2 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
- Remove any proprietary notices from the Service
- Use our trademarks without permission
8.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback.
9. User Content
9.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you provide to Julia (messages, contacts, tasks, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service.
9.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you provide. You represent that you have the right to share any content you provide to Julia.
9.3 No Training
We do not use your content to train AI models. Your data is used solely to provide the Service to you.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Julia AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you provide through the Service
14. Termination
14.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the account settings or by contacting us.
14.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may delete your data according to our data retention policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including liability limitations, indemnification, and governing law).
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on our website
- Updating the “Last updated” date
- Sending notification through the Service or email for significant changes
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
